The core focus of my work is to co-create and implement people strategies that flex with changing organisational requirements. I enjoy working with leaders to help shape and improve workplace culture, helping them to identify, grow and effectively leverage their talent.
With over two decades of experience leading complex transformation projects at top tier firms, including AXA, Optus, Prudential, CommInsure, Jones Lang LaSalle, QBE, Suncorp, Study Group, icare (NSW Government) and Canon, I have a deep understanding of the systems, people practices and operating circumstances that underpin success.
My areas of expertise include: Culture Design, Organisational Development, Employee Experience, Talent & Workforce Strategy, Executive Coaching, Career Transition, Learning Design and Facilitation.
I am highly attuned to emerging practice in behavioural science, systems intelligence, leadership, learning, mental health and the digital economy.
