NSW Government Department of Communities & Justice works with children, youth, adults, families & communities to deliver services with a unified and collaborative approach – the objective is to achieve a vibrant, sustainable and inclusive community.
DCJ engaged with Glow Up to support a cohort of emerging leaders with a career development program. This was in response to a survey from their employees requesting more career development training and to raise awareness to the fact that employees are responsible for their own career.
Glow Up designed a bespoke program that included;
- Workshops for participants to identify strengths, uncover values & passions, personal branding & volunteering.
- Participants undertook a range of assessments including careers, values, strengths.
- Each participant was matched with a Glow Up Accredited Coach, and received 6 coaching sessions.
- They received a bespoke online learning program that included tips, tools, templates and advice on managing their career within NSW Government.
Feedback and consultation with participants, coaches and the DCJ noted overwhelmingly positive outcomes.
